Acrostics is a word game for children and adults that can be played by one or more people.

A word is chosen and written horizontally down a page on the left-hand side. On the right hand side the word is written up the page horizontally.
Words are picked that start with the first letter on the left-hand side and end with the letter on the right hand side for each row.
In a multi-player game, the first person with all rows filled with real words or the person with the most interesting or original word wins.
