Players create their own "Ping Pals", choosing from several different items to make their Ping Pal unique. Players can then play games, discover secret words, and share their Ping Pal with friends earning them Ping Points (used to obtain special items). Players use the Nintendo DS' wireless link feature to connect with up to 16 players, but only one game pak is needed.
